CMS is a small family run company established in 1994 which deals in all motorcycle products and specialises in manufacturing HEL Performance brake lines all are brake lines are made to uk spec and are fully road legal.

Product installation policy

We recommend you get someone with mechanical experience or qualifications to install any of our products as we are not liable for any damage to persons or vehicle when fitted. 

Privacy policy

All our customers email addresses are kept on a database and used only when we have promotions or specials. At no time is any of the information passed on to any other parties. If at any time you do not want to receive information from us we can remove your details. 

We do not hold credit or debit card information on our system. The phone orders we receive with credit or debit card numbers are processed and then destroyed.

All orders that are processed through the website payment system are now processed by paypal and this includes your credit and debit card and we therefore do not receive this information as it is all done by the customer on line through a secure server. A paypal receipt will be sent with your products and this shows the payment you have made

Returns / Refund / Cancellation policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the HEL Performance lines we can offer you a full refund as long as the lines have not been fitted to the bike or damaged in any way.  Once fitted this item cannot be returned for a full refund unless the item is faulty in any way, then HEL Performance offer a lifetime warranty with all their lines.

All other products can be returned for a full refund within the 14 days

Delivery policy

All our items are sent out within 2 working days from payment unless specified by email or phone call to the customer. 

UK delivery 2- 3 working days and rest of the world 5 – 10 working days. We are not liable for delay due to bank holidays, customs etc and we recommend that overseas customers take the optional international signed for method which includes a tracking number as without this we are not responsible for any items being lost or damaged in the post. All our parcels are sent with proof of posting certificate
